Letícia Barão is an art educator who lives in São Paulo, Brazil. Graduated with a great academic performance from Centro Universitário Belas Artes, was invited by the university to present her project at Salone del Mobile Milano 2023.
In her Final Paper, she conducted research on three public elementary schools and their art studios. Noticing the lack of dedicated space for the arts, she designed a mobile art studio as a proposal to disseminate art education in Brazilian public schools.
As an intern, she gained professional experience in early childhood schools and was part of the team of art educators at the 31st São Paulo International Art Biennial.
Currently, she works as a junior art teacher in middle and high school at Beacon, a bilingual IB school in São Paulo.
Letícia Barão is passionate about both art and education and is committed to using her artistic talents to make a positive impact on society.
